Casa Peonia (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is the management of Casa Peonia, Sant Antoni de Portmany, Ibiza, Spain. Contact: hello@villacasapeonia.com.

2. What we collect

When you send a booking request or a message, we collect your name, email, phone number, preferred dates, number of guests, type of request, the language of the site and anything you write in your message. If you accept analytics cookies, technical data such as IP address, browser and pages visited may also be collected.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a personal offer (pre-contractual measures)
• To manage your booking and communicate about your stay (performance of a contract)
• To improve the website, only with your consent for analytics
• To meet legal obligations, for example tax and accounting rules

4. Who processes it

We do not sell your data. It is processed only by service providers that help us run the website and handle requests: Google Workspace (email and booking spreadsheet) and Cloudflare (website hosting). If you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own terms apply.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Booking data is kept as long as required by law.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability of your data or object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to hello@villacasapeonia.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
