By using the Casa Peonia website and sending a booking request, you accept these terms.

1. The website

This website gives general information about Casa Peonia and lets you request a stay. We keep the information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that the site is always available or free of errors.

2. Booking requests

A request sent through the website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A stay is confirmed only after you receive a written offer and rental agreement from us with the dates, price and conditions, and the agreed payments are made.

3. Rates and availability

Rates depend on season and length of stay and are given in your personal offer. Availability shown in the calendar is for guidance and is confirmed only in writing.

4. The stay

Stays are from one month and are governed by the rental agreement. Guests agree to take good care of the villa, follow the house rules and not exceed the agreed number of guests. A refundable security deposit may be required, as stated in the agreement.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Casa Peonia is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Applicable law
